3. SMS Text Messaging & A2P 10DLC Guidelines

Koolify Mobile Detailing sends text messages to customers using Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging via 10-digit long code (10DLC) phone numbers, in compliance with the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) guidelines and carrier requirements.

Opt-In & Consent

By providing your mobile phone number through our booking form, quote request, or by texting us directly, you explicitly consent to receive SMS text messages from Koolify Mobile Detailing related to your appointment, service updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and scheduled appointments.

Types of Messages You May Receive

  • Appointment confirmations and scheduling reminders.

Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any message or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier.Koolify Mobile Detailing does not charge for receiving text messages.

You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation text message. You may also opt out by contacting us directly using the information below.
