These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Koolify Mobile Detailing.

Koolify Mobile Detailing provides professional auto detailing services, including but not limited to:

• Mobile Detailing: On-site detailing performed at your home, office, or other agreed-upon location within our service area.
• In-Shop Drop-Off: Detailing performed at our facility located at 2130 Surrett Dr Suite 117, High Point, NC 27263.
• Interior Detailing: Deep cleaning, steam extraction, leather conditioning, and odor elimination.
• Exterior Detailing: Hand wash, paint decontamination, paint correction, and sealant application.
• Ceramic Coating: Long-term protective ceramic coating application and related paint correction.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. Service availability may vary by location and vehicle condition.

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by SMS text message. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, contact information, vehicle details, and service location.

• Arrival Window: For mobile detailing, we provide an estimated arrival window. Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, and prior appointments.
• Access & Conditions: You agree to provide safe, legal, and accessible parking with adequate space for our mobile unit and equipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions.
• Vehicle Condition Disclosure: You agree to disclose any known damage, existing issues, or sensitive materials prior to service. Final pricing may be adjusted if a vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described at booking.
• Cancellations: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee or may affect future booking availability.
• Personal Property: Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle prior to service. Koolify Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items left in vehicles.

Pricing for detailing services is provided in the form of a quote and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services. Unless otherwise stated, all quotes are estimates and subject to confirmation upon inspection of the vehicle.

• Final Pricing: The final price will be confirmed before work begins. Additional services requested after the initial quote may incur additional charges.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept accepted forms of payment as communicated at the time of booking.
• Deposits: Certain services, such as ceramic coating, may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

We take pride in delivering high-quality results, but detailing outcomes depend on the condition, age, and maintenance history of your vehicle. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects, particularly those resulting from long-term wear, neglect, or prior improper repairs.

Results shown in our marketing materials are examples and may not reflect the exact outcome for every vehicle. Any service-specific guarantees or warranties will be provided in writing at the time of service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koolify Mobile Detailing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from detailing services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed damage, or issues arising from vehicle modifications, aftermarket parts, or prior service performed by third parties.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, systems, or networks.
